Each year Vanessa and her sister Kaïla spend a couple of months in Florida for the annual Palm Beach equestrian show. This event brings together the best riders of America, Europe and many other countries around the world. In 2009 the two Robert sisters accumulated many honours. Kaïla was circuit champion scoring the most cumulative points with her horse “Reality Heartbreaker” in the jumper class (14-17 years old). She only participated in 6 out of the 12 weeks and still accomplished top rider in a very competitive field. Vanessa finished reserve circuit champion with her new horse “Rojak” in the division Jumper Amateur/owner 1.30m.
